Ranchos is a Mexican restaurant that offers up plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, as well as organic stuff when they can swing it ... Like organic beer! The menu is huge, and there are plenty of options. Also, the restaurant has plenty of seating, and apparently there is patio seating as well. One thing that seems to be universal is that the serivce is a little slow, so don't go expecting to be in and out in 20 minutes. But if you want a good healthy meal, with great veg options, check it out.
