Gringo's is a Mexican restaurant located in Pacific Beach. Right on the corner of Garnet and Mission Blvd, the location can't be beat. Less than a block from the beach and the pier, you should combine eating here with a walk on the beach or the boardwalk.

The food is good, but a little pricey. You can find meals for maybe $8 or so, but if you are getting an entree, it'll likely be $12 minimum. On the plus side, the portions are huge, plenty to take home for a lunch or tomorrow's dinner. They also have a bunch of margaritas and tequilas to choose from, but again, you may pay the price. The menu has most run of the mill Mexican items, and even one or two tasty vegetarian dishes. There are also plenty of appetizers and complimentary chips and salsa.

It's worth going for sure, if nothing else a good restaurant in a great location to add to your list.
