Sipz is a 100% vegetarian restaurant. Most of the dishes, including appetizers and desserts, are vegan. The menu is extensive, and has dishes that range from Vietnamese to Thai to Chinese to Italian.

The atmosphere is casual, and although you sit down and order, it is very informal. It is small enough that meals are delivered quite quickly. The meals are a good size, not ridiculously big, but enough to leave you satisfied. The "meats" are tasty, and you'll probably be surprised at how "real" they taste for being soy or tofu.

According to their menu, their goal is "Respecting the world... respecting the earth... respecting one another.. Based on this respect, our continuing goal at Sipz is to promote the healthy vegetarian lifestyle by providing the healthiest and tastiest vegetarian dining possible."

How can you not want to at least try it?
