Lyon is a city located in east central France, more specifically it is the capital of the Rhone-Alpes region. It is the second largest city in the country.

Getting to Lyon is possible and rather easy both by train and car. It is also easy to get around the city via bus, subway, and tram. Traffic can get bad, so public transportation is the best option. You can even rent bikes and drop at various places around the city.
