Andalusia, or Andalucía in Spanish, is one of the seventeen autonomous communities that comprise Spain. That means that it may have differing laws and rules from the other communities and the federal government. The capital of Andalusia is Seville. Andalusia is the southernmost and the most populous of the autonomous communities. It is bordered both by the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlanic Ocean, and extends south to the Strait of Gibraltar.

There are some great beaches in Andalusia, but they are very popular, and you may pay the price. Also noteworthy, the Andalucia is home to Flamenco dancing.
