Bern is the capital city of Switzerland. The streets sidewalks are lined with stone archways boardering the many storefronts. Old wine cellars of these buildings which were once owned by wealthy families are now the location for interesting shops, small exhibits, and theaters. Within the streets are many comical fountains depicting historic heroes and characters from old tales, such as a child-eating ogar.
